Overall design Examination and comparison of gene expression and cell-cell signaling of whole, unsorted dorsal skin cells from P46 Lepr-Cre;mTmG;Smo and Lepr-Cre;mTmG;Smo+/- female mice; and examination of gene expression of sorted Lepr-expressing, GFP-positive cells from backskin of P50 Lepr-Cre;mTmG female mice.
