Title Single-cell RNAsequencing of the ventral rhombomere 1 of the developing mouse [10X Genomics]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Sequencing of the mouse ventral rhombomere 1 tissues and cells to characterize the Tal1-dependent and -independent neuronal precursor groups. The data allowed to describe the cell types in the R1 brain region, and map gene expression dynamics during bifurcation of the GABAergic and glutamatergic lineagesOur results provide a framework for understanding the development of cellular diversity in the tegmental nuclei.

Overall design Unlabelled single cells were dissociated from selected brain regions and collected on 10xgenomics Chromium platform.
