Title THC prevents mortality from ARDS through induction of immune cell apoptosis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We used 10X Genomic and NextSeq sequencer to identify dysregulated genes in single cell suspension isolated from lungs of SEB-induced ARDS mice treated with vehicle or THC.
