Status Public on Jan 16, 2023
Title The cis-Regulatory Landscape of Cardiac Rhythm
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Genome-wide identification of gene regulatory networks for murine cardiac conduction system

Overall design Focusing on the primary pacemaker (Sino-Atrial Node(SAN)) of the heart, we used Shox2-KI-Cre mouse line to perform cellular analysis of SAN tissue. Utilizing this SAN-specific mouse model, we performed Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) on neonatal (P4) Shox2-Cre/+; R26 tdTomato/+ mice to guide our single-cell atlas of the SAN.
