Summary The goal of this study was to determine gene expression changes in pdgfrb-expressing (pdgfrb+) myoseptal and perivascular cells after spinal cord lesion in larval zebrafish.
 
Overall design RNA profiles of GFP+ cells (also referred to as pdgfrb+ cells) isolated from unlesioned and spinal cord-lesioned BAC(pdgfrb:Gal4ff)ncv24;UAS:GFP trasgenic zebrafish larvae, were genared by RNA-seq, in quadruplicates, using Illumina Nextseq500
