Title Transcriptomes of MCSF- and MUC1-ST-treated monocyte derived human macrophages
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNAseq was used to analyse transcriptomic differences between matched healthy human MCSF-treated macrophages and MUC1-ST-treated macrophages

Overall design PolyA RNA analysis of matched monocytes treated with MCSF (50ng/ml every 3 days) or 100ug/ml (day 0) MUC1-ST in serum-free media. Samples run on Illumina HiSeq2500 for 25 cycles

The file 'sample_metadata.xls' (available at the foot of this record) provides additional sample metadata and SRR ID for each raw file included in this study such as sequencing batch ID lane number.
