Summary To understand endothelial cell heterogeneity in naïve liver as well as in adjacent normal and liver tumor tissue. The single cells were profiled by single cell RNAseq.
 
Overall design Tumors and normal tissue were dissociated, sorted into single cells, and profiled by 10x Genomics Chromium. Single cell 3' library, Gelbeads and multiplex kit were made by using 10x Genomics platform.
