Summary |
To determine the ability of human AEC2s to transdifferentiate in vitro, we performed single cell mRNA sequencing using 10X Genomics platform of freshly sorted AEC2s and several timepoints in a 3D organoid co-culture (AEC2s with primary human mesenchyme) system.

Overall design |
Freshly sorted human AEC2s were co-cultured with primary human mesenchyme in a 3D organoids. At day 7, day 14, and day 21, epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells were harvested and sequenced via 10X Genomics.
