Summary In order to examine how IOX1 affects the global Wnt target gene transcriptome in colorectal cancer cells, we performed RNA-sequencing in HCT116, DLD-1 and HCP-1 cells treated with IOX1. IOX1 led to global inhibition of Wnt target transcription in colorectal cancer cells.
