Summary PURPOSE: In order to identify differential expression in Pca and test the gene expression profile in CDCA2 knockdown Du145 cell.
 
Overall design RNA Sequencing was used to test the mRNA levels of PCa cell lines and normal prostate tissue. And RNA-sequencing was used to determine expression profile in Du145 siControl and siCDCA2 samples.
