Summary We performed single cell RNA sequencing analysis of human iPSC-derived skeletal muscle organoids at 12 week post differentiation stage.
 
Overall design We dissociated organoids into single cell suspension and performed droplet-based single cell RNA-Seq analysis using 10X Genomics Chromium system
