Title |
10x single-cell RNAseq profiling of CD45+ melanoma-infiltrating leukocytes from APOE2 and APOE4 knock-in mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
APOE germline genotype modulates the tumor immune microenvironment. In APOE4 relative to APOE2 mice, there is shift towards an anti-tumor immune phenotype, with an increased ratio of immune effector to immunosuppressive cells.

Overall design |
Examination of the immune tumor microenvironment of YUMM1.7 melanomas hosted by APOE2 versus APOE4 knock-in mice. CD45+ cells were sorted from dissociated melanomas and 10,000 cells each from 6 mice were pooled for each genotype.
