Spermatogenesis cell populations were isolated by Fluorescence-Activated Cell sorting. Hi-C of isolated populations (primary spermatocytes at lpachynema/diplonema stage and round spermatids) and fibroblasts (by the establishment of a cell line from Rb mice tissue).
