tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from embryonic day 11.5 (E11.5) hind limbs of Prrx1-cre; R26R-tdTomato+ mice. 15,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000
