Title Discovery of DAP3-binding RNA sites by eCLIP
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Other
Summary eCLIP paired-end sequencing of DAP3 in EC109 cells with two biological replicates. This analysis revealed the genome-wide RNA binding landscape of DAP3, as the supporting data of the main publication.

Overall design We examined DAP3-binding sites on RNA in EC109 cells by eCLIP-seq. Protein-RNA interactions were covalently linked by UV crosslinking and RNase treatment removed unbound RNA. The crosslinked RNA was immunoprecipitated together with DAP3 using specific antibody targeting DAP3, and converted to double-stranded DNA high-throughput sequencing libraries through adapter ligation and reverse transcription. Two biological replicates of DAP3 eCLIP were performed and an IgG eCLIP served as a control. Each eCLIP experiment has a corresponding size-matched input control experiment.
