Summary |
This project aims to understand the effects of NK cell depletion in the single-cell gene expression of microglia in mice with Alzheimer's disease pathology. We used 10Xgenomics technique to examine the single-cell transcriptomes of microglia in mice treated with anti-NK1.1 depleting antibodies and isotype controls.

Overall design |
We sorted microglia from 3XTg-AD mice treated with anti-Nk1.1 depleting antibodies or isotype controls. Single-cell RNA-seq was performed using 10X Genomics Chromium isingle-cell controller and 5' gene expression kit.
