Title Single-cell ATAC-seq of mouse thymus iNKT cells

Summary Invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells are innate-like T cells. Although remarkable advancements in the understanding of iNKT cell development have been made, the underlying molecular programs that guide iNKT cell lineages and the heterogeneity of iNKT subsets remain unclear.
 
Overall design We profiled the chromatin accessibility patterns of individual mouse thymic iNKT cells across their developmental stages (stages 0 to 3) using a droplet-based single-cell ATAC-sequencing (scATAC-seq) approach.
