Title |
The BET inhibitor CPI203 promotes ex-vivo expansion of long-term repopulating human hematopoietic stem cells and megakaryocyte |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNA sequencing reveals the transcriptomic differences between cord blood cells expanded by CPI203/cytokines against DMSO/cytokines.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Cord blood CD133+ cells were expanded for 5 days in either CPI203/cytokines (B) or DMSO/cytokines (V) conditions. Each experiment starting from cell expansion was performed duplicately using cells from three different biological donors (a1-3).
