Title |
Transcriptomics analysis of cortical astrocytes subjected to Rbpj-K deletion and stab-wound injury |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed single cell RNA-sequencing to investigate the molecular properties of Rbpj-K deleted astrocytes from the mouse somatosensory cortex. In the presence of a stab-wound injury, these cells undertake a neurogenic program, which can be analysed in the present dataset. The experiment encompassed cells from Rbpj-K-/- as well as wild type animals, and collected from injured or healthy cortices 3 wpi.

Overall design |
Examination of transcriptional changes occurring in cortical astrocytes isolated from the mouse cortex subjected to Rbpj-K deletion and stab-wound injury. Four samples were analyzed: WT x healthy; WT x injured; KO x healthy; KO x injured.
