Summary The mRNA transcriptome profiling and splicing profiling mediated by LOC90024 and LOC90024-encoded small protein SRSP were investigated by RNA-seq.
Overall design The mRNA profiles and mRNA splicing profiles of colon cancer cells HCT-116 (NC), HCT-116 with stably expressing LOC90024 ORF for encoding small protein SRSP (ORF), and HCT-116 with stably expressing 5'UTR-ORFmut in which start code ATG for encoding SRSP was mutataed to ATT (MUT), were generated by RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq), in triplicate, using Illumina Novaseq6000.
