Title RHAMM marks proliferative subpopulation within CD44+ human colorectal cancer stem cells

Summary We report the novel cell surface marker RHAMM that marks proliferative subpopulation within CD44+ conventional CSCs fraction, that will lead to further understanding of tumor heterogeneity and therapeutic implication.
 
Overall design RHAMM+ CD44+ cells and RHAMM- CD44+ cells prospectively isolated from primary human colorectal cancer tissues by FACS were subjected to microarray.
