Summary A comparative single cell transcriptional analysis of murine CXCL12-abundant reticular stromal cells isolated from ablated and control bone marrow
Overall design Lineage-marked Cxcl12-iCreER+ cells were FACS-isolated individually from ablated and contralateral control femurs of Cxcl12-iCreER; R26R-tdTomato mice at 7 days after bone marrow ablation, with tamoxifen injection at 7 days before ablation. 6,500~14,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 2 or 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 4000 or NovaSeq 6000.
