Overall design Cxcl12-GFP+ were FACS-isolated from postnatal day 28 (P28) femurs of Cxcl12-GFP; Cxcl12-creER; R26R-tdTomato mice, with tamoxifen injection at P21. 18,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3. platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
