Summary |
To identify FUS regulated genes and its dependency of snRNP70, the gene expression profiles in neurons expressing the Gly-rich domain deleted FUS mutant coupled with Snrnp70 gene knock down were analyzed.

Mouse ES cell derived neurons were infected with lentivirus encoding FLAG-tagged Gly-rich domain deleted FUS, shRNA for Snrnp70 gene or both, and analysed the gene expression by RNA-seq.
