Overall design |
RNA was extracted at different time points (0 and 6 days) during an adipocyte differentiation time course from WT and MIGA2 depleted cells. Furthermore, differentiated adipocytes (6 days) with overexpressed MIGA2-GFP were analysed. RNA-Seq was performed to study the transcriptomic changes during the differentiation.
