Title Comparative gene expression profiling of human primary endotheliocytes cultivated on polyurethane-based electrospun 3D matrices and natural decellularized vein
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We have evaluated the functional state of HUVEC cultivated on the surface of autologous decellularized human umbilical vein and electrospun polyurethane-based matrices by NGS gene expression profiling

Overall design In this study gene expression profiling of HUVEC (human endothelial cells from the umbilical vein) cultivated on the basal layer of decellularized human umbilical vein (dUV), tissue culture polystyrene (TCPS) and electrospun 3D matrices produced from TECOFLEX™ EG-80A polyurethane (Tec), TECOFLEX™ EG-80A polyurethane with gelatin (Tec-Gl) and TECOFLEX™ EG-80A polyurethane with gelatin and bivalirudin (Tec-Gl-Bv). Cells were obtained from three biological donors.
