Title RNA-seq in putamen of Parkinson's disease patients

Summary We performed RNA-seq on total RNA from tissue samples from putamen of the brain from Parkinson's disease patients.
 
Overall design Total RNA was extracted from tissue samples from ten Parkinson's disease patients. rRNA was depleted before sequencing. Samples were sequenced in duplicates, creating two paired-end experiments per sample.
