Title |
SYMPK is essential for meiosis in mouse germ cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Because SYMPK has been reported to regulate the alternative splicing (AS) in somatic cells(293 cells), we asked whether SYMPK also regulates AS in germ cells. Whole transcriptome RNA-seq analysis was performed using total RNA extracted from wt and Sympk cKOStra8-Cre testes.

|
Overall design |
Examination of different transcriptional levels in wt and Sympk cKO mouse testes.
