Title SYMPK is essential for meiosis in mouse germ cells
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Because SYMPK has been reported to regulate the alternative splicing (AS) in somatic cells(293 cells), we asked whether SYMPK also regulates AS in germ cells. Whole transcriptome RNA-seq analysis was performed using total RNA extracted from wt and Sympk cKOStra8-Cre testes.

Overall design Examination of different transcriptional levels in wt and Sympk cKO mouse testes.
