Overall design |
To identify genes regulated by Rfx6 in small intestine we generated Rfx6-/- mice. First, we crossed Rfx6f/+ mice (Piccand et al. Cell Reports 2014) with CMV-Cre mice to generate Rfx6+/- heterozygotes. Second heterozygotes were crossed to generate Rfx6-/- homozygotes. The small intestine of wild-type or Rfx6-/- mice were harvested at embryonic stage E18.5.
