Title TBC1D3 Associates with the Histone Lysine N-methyltransferase G9a to Affect the Promotion of Neural Progenitors and Cortical Expansion in an Epigenetic Way [RNA-Seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary we conducted RNA sequencing using human cerebral organoids treated with TAT peptides

Overall design Human cerebral organoids were treated with TAT peptides for two groups, that is, TAT-Scrambled (Short for TAT-Scr) with the sequence of YGRKKRRQRRR-FRVRYWFQGCHSEDPWR and TAT-465-481, a special peoptide designed for inhibition of TBC1D3, with the sequence of YGRKKRRQRRR-EGPWFRHYDFRQSCWVR. After 4 days incubation, human cerebral organoid tissues were extracted at cultured day 16 and bulk RNA from TAT-Scr group or TAT-465-481 group was extracted to be sequenced.
