Summary |
Functions of Ascl2 in colonic stem cell maintenance and regeneration. We used RNA-sequencing to profile gene expression in regenerating crypt cells and Ascl2-deficient colonic stem cells, and ASCL2 ChIP-seq to identify transcriptional target genes.
