Overall design |
A testicular biopsy was enzymatically digested and single-cell RNAseq libraries were obtained using 10X genomics platform (10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Reagent Kit v2). The libraries were sequenced on a NovaSeq600 sequencer (Illumina) using 2x150 bp paired-end sequencing.
