Title NUGC3 cells treated with siVGLL1

Summary VGLL1 is involved in the regulation of proliferation and metastasis in gastric cancer cells and in vivo mouse models. To understand the downstream regulation of VGLL1, we conducted a microarray analysis of VGLL1 siRNA-treated NUGC3 cells.
 
Overall design NUGC3 cells were treated with 20nM siSC or siVGLL1 for 48h.
