Title |
RNA-sequencing of microglia from IL-5 or PBS treated aged (20mos) mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The role of IL-5 in brain neuroimmunity remains unknown. We investigated the role of IL-5 in cognitive function in aged mice. We examined the transcriptomes of sorted microglia and brain T cells from aged mice treated with PBS or IL-5.

Overall design |
We used Single-end 75 bp high throughput sequencing to detail the global programme of different gene expression between the microglia and brain T cells of IL-5 or PBS treated aged mice.
