Summary |
Here we show that Ang2 blockade suppressed the EAE-induced activation of immune cells and endothelial cells in the spinal cord. In contrast, Ang2 overexpression promoted the EAE-induced activation of immune cells and endothelial cells. All the samples were analyzed using the Chromium Single-cell 3'RNA-sequencing system.
