Title Effect of BCDIN3D knock-out on gene expression in Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) Hap1 cells.

Summary WT and BCDIN3D knocked-out Hap1 cells were analysed by RNA- and microRNA-Seq to uncover the effect of BCDIN3D on specific microRNAs and their messenger RNA targets.
Overall design Hap1 WT and BCDIN3D knock-out cells were grown for 48h in IMDM+10%FBS+PSQ. RNA and protein was purified using the Norgen RNA/protein purification plus kit. Two biological replicates were tested. The same total RNA of RIN 10 was used for RNA-Seq and microRNA-Seq.
