Overall design |
Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is a common podocytopathy. Renal glomerular tissues from 5 focal segmental glomerulosclerosis patients and 5 controls were manually isolated under a stereomicroscope using 2 dissection needle holders in RNAlater at 4°C.Affymetrix HTA 2.0 microarray was used to perform a global analysis of the gene expression pattern in the tissues.
