Status Public on Oct 02, 2020
Title Ca2+ release-activated Ca2+ entry is a potent host innate immune defence against influenza A virus
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Gene expression was determined for normal human bronchial epithelial (NHBE) cells incubated with DMSO or TG immediately prior to infection with USSR H1N1 virus for 12 hours. All of the NHBE cell stocks were obtained from QIAGEN.
Overall design Normal human bronchial epthelial cells mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in quadruplicate (two donors and two replicates per donor), using Illumina HiSeq 3000
