Title ACAA2 and OGDH bind to H2A.Z-occupied transcription start sites
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary anti-ACAA2 and anti-OGDH ChIP-high throughput sequencing (Seq) was performed on, normal and 7 day post-transverse aortic constriction, mouse heart tissue (a pool of 3 hearts for each condition)

Overall design Methods: Hearts were extracted from from mice subjecetd to Transaortic coarctation or sham operations (n=3, pooled, each). The hearts were sent to Active Motif for ACAA2 and OGDH-ChIP-Seq.
