Title |
ACAA2 and OGDH bind to H2A.Z-occupied transcription start sites |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
anti-ACAA2 and anti-OGDH ChIP-high throughput sequencing (Seq) was performed on, normal and 7 day post-transverse aortic constriction, mouse heart tissue (a pool of 3 hearts for each condition)
|
|
|
Overall design |
Methods: Hearts were extracted from from mice subjecetd to Transaortic coarctation or sham operations (n=3, pooled, each). The hearts were sent to Active Motif for ACAA2 and OGDH-ChIP-Seq.
