Title |
Effects of Hnf4a deletion in the nephron lineage during kidney development |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of our study is to determine if Hnf4a is required for the formation of proximal tubules during kidney development.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Method: Hnf4a floxed allele was deleted in the nephron lineage using Six2GFPcre. Mouse embryonic kidneys at E18.5 were collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis Examination of 4 groups; two controls (Hnf4a c/+ ; Six2GFPcre) and two mutants (Hnf4a c/c ; Six2GFPcre)
