Title Effects of Hnf4a deletion in the nephron lineage during kidney development

Summary The goal of our study is to determine if Hnf4a is required for the formation of proximal tubules during kidney development.
 
Overall design Method: Hnf4a floxed allele was deleted in the nephron lineage using Six2GFPcre. Mouse embryonic kidneys at E18.5 were collected and subjected to RNA-seq analysis
Examination of 4 groups; two controls (Hnf4a c/+ ; Six2GFPcre) and two mutants (Hnf4a c/c ; Six2GFPcre)
