Summary We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression that occurs in response to treatment of IL-13 on fully-differentiated human airway mucociliary epithelium
 
Overall design Human nasal epithelial cells isolated from nasal turbinates were cultured in air-liquid interface (ALI) until the full differentiation was complete. Differentiated cells at ALI-D47 were incubated with 100 ng/mL of IL-13 for 3 days
