Aldh1b1CreERT2 / ROSA26 LSLtdTomato double heterozygous 8 week-old mice were injected intraperitoneally with 1 mg of corn oil dissolved tamoxifen (at 20 mg/ml) for five consecutive days and tdTomato+ cells were isolated by FACS one day later.
