Overall design Mixed BMCs consisting 50% of CD90.1hom 2D2NIKflfl BM and 50% of CD90.1/2+ 2D2NIK∆T BM were immunized with MOG/CFA and cells from dLN were sorted four days later for live Vβ11+CD4+CD90.1+ (2D2 NIKflfl) or Vβ11+CD4+CD90.1+CD90.2+ (2D2 NIK∆T) cells. RNA was isolated from cells and mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina MiSeq.
