Title Transcriptome analysis of differentiated normal mouse urothelial organoids reveals novel pathways activated during urothelial differentiation
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Transcriptomic analysis revealed significant changes between organoids growing in full medium growth conditions (proliferative NMU-o) and deprived medium (differentiated NMU-o). Around 4100 genes are differentially expressed between both conditions. Moreover, GSEA analysis in proliferation showed pathways related to cell cycle, DNA repair, RNA biology and protein synthesis; in differentiation, pathways related to cellular traffic, cell-cell adhesion and notch signalling are up-regulated.

Overall design We established normal mouse urothelial organoids (NMU-o) from 3 independent samples and further induced differentiation. For each individual sample we sequenced the corresponding proliferation and differentiation stages.
