Title |
Transcriptome analysis of differentiated normal mouse urothelial organoids reveals novel pathways activated during urothelial differentiation |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Transcriptomic analysis revealed significant changes between organoids growing in full medium growth conditions (proliferative NMU-o) and deprived medium (differentiated NMU-o). Around 4100 genes are differentially expressed between both conditions. Moreover, GSEA analysis in proliferation showed pathways related to cell cycle, DNA repair, RNA biology and protein synthesis; in differentiation, pathways related to cellular traffic, cell-cell adhesion and notch signalling are up-regulated.

Overall design |
We established normal mouse urothelial organoids (NMU-o) from 3 independent samples and further induced differentiation. For each individual sample we sequenced the corresponding proliferation and differentiation stages.
