Conclusions: Grhl2 maintains epithelial cellular identity during palate closure
 
Overall design First pharygneal arch mRNA profiles of e10.5 mouse embryos wre generated by deep sequencing, with 5 wild-type and 5 knock-out samples, using Illumina HiSeq technology
