Overall design Expression profiling on a set of RNAs obtained from T6E T-ALL cells in which Notch signaling is inhibited (gamma-secretase inhibitor (GSI)-treated), is unchanged (DMSO-treated cells) or recovered after being inhibited (GSI treatment was washed out).
