Total RNA expression profiling of recombinant MCF7 breast cancer cell lines with inducible gene expression (pRAPtar-1i expression vector). Profiles after expression induction were analyzed for of a pool of 2 stably transfected RecCFP recombinant cell lines; 2 RecCFPm recombinant cell lines and a pool of 6 control cell lines (RecCtrl).
