Summary Mouse brains at E14.5 wild-type were subjected to HITS-CLIP to identify Qki5-binding positions on RNA.
 
Overall design UV-irradiated mouse brain samples obtained from 3 different mouse brains were subjected to HITS-CLIP to identify in vivo Qki5-binding sites by using Illumina MiSeq.
