Description For data analysis of the associated Samples, we calculated MAT scores based on the hyridization intensity data of the probes within 500bp windows. The coordinate column in the Platform data table represents the chromosome coordinates for the 500bp window center positions.

The supplementary files (linked below) also report the 500bp window start and end positions (and also sequence of 500bp unit region for used for analysis).
