Manufacture protocol 1. Approximately 100 pg cDNA per spot was spotted onto CMT-GAPS coated slides (Corning)
2. Slide baked for 30 minutes at 80°C
3. cDNA was then immobilised by treatment with UV light (650 x 100 Joules) in a Stratalinker (Stratagene)
4. In preparation for hybridisation, slides were re-hydrated in water at 95°C for 5 minutes, followed by ethanol for 1 minute and dried by centrifugation (Sigma 4K15 centrifuge, Sigma) at 800 rpm for 3 minutes
